Directions:
If you’re coming from South of Manila (Makati, Pasay, Paranaque & nearby places) / those coming from any MRT stations
~ Ride MRT to Quezon Avenue Station. Walk across to the other side of the street to McDonald’s EDSA-Panay Avenue. You will then see tricycle terminal on the side of Panay Avenue (green line). Tell the driver to drop you off at PASDA MANSIONS (In front of Victoria Towers-Panay Ave).

If you’re coming from Manila (Lawton, Taft Avenue, Quiapo, España, Welcome Rotonda, Banawe)
~ Ride a FX/Bus/Jeep route to SM FAIRVIEW. Tell the driver to drop you at DELTA FOOT BRIDGE (Quezon Avenue corner Timog Avenue). Walk towards Timog Avenue and you will see WENSHA SPA. Ask the guard where is the entrance of PASDA MANSIONS (In front of Victoria Towers-Panay Ave).

If you’re coming from North of Manila (Caloocan, Navotas, Bulacan, Valenzuela, Balintawak, NLEX)
~ Ride any bus in EDSA route to Cubao/Ortigas/Ayala/Alabang. Tell the conductor to drop you off at SM NORTH EDSA-PARAMOUNT BUS STATION. Walk towards West Avenue. Ride a Jeep/FX route to Delta/Pantranco/Quiapo. Tell the driver to drop you at DELTA Footbridge (Quezon Avenue corner West Avenue). Cross the bridge and walk towards Timog Avenue and you will see WENSHA SPA. Ask the guard where is the entrance of PASDA MANSIONS (In front of Victoria Towers-Panay Ave).

If you’re coming from Quezon City area (Project 6, SM North EDSA, Trinoma, Fairview, Commonwealth Avenue, Philcoa, Quezon City Circle, )
~ Ride any FX/Jeep/Bus route to Delta-Timog/Quiapo/Welcome Rotonda. Tell the driver to drop you at DELTA FOOT BRIDGE (Quezon Avenue corner Timog Avenue). Walk towards Timog Avenue and you will see WENSHA SPA. Ask the guard where is the entrance of PASDA MANSIONS (In front of Victoria Towers-Panay Ave).

If you’re coming from Project 2&3, Kamuning, Kamias, Tomas Morato
~ Ride a Jeep route to PANTRANCO. Tell the driver to drop you off in front of PASDA MANSIONS along PANAY Avenue (In front of Victoria Towers-Panay Ave).

Victoria Towers-Panay Avenue, Robinson’s Supermarket-Victoria Towers, Ministop-Victoria Towers & Wensh Spa-PASDA Mansion.
